A large site board costs € 17 per month, the GMONO € 15 per month. A small site board costs € 50 per 6 months. All prices exclude VAT. See the price per type on the Site boardspage.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. That is why the first invoice always includes 6 months of rent.

The rent for the first 6 months, the deposit (€ 500 for a large site board, € 250 for a small one) and what is needed to install your board, such as materials, transport and labour. Everything is on your quote beforehand. The first invoice is paid before installation.

The board simply stays. After the first 6 months, we invoice every 6 months in arrears. You don't need to do anything.

After the rental, we check and test the board in our warehouse. Any costs and remaining rent are deducted from the deposit. We refund the balance to the account you used to pay the first invoice. Should it go to another account? Let us know.

If there is no electricity connection yet, you need a large site board: your grid operator installs the meter in our board. If there is already a meter, a small board will do. A small board may only be used when the building is wind- and watertight.

That depends on the connection your grid operator provides. You will find it in their quote. Not sure? Add that quote to your requestand we will choose the right type.

That differs per type, from 2 sockets 230 V to CEE sockets of 16, 32 and 100 A. The Site boards page shows what each type has.

That is the meter box in which your grid operator installs the meter. Grid operators require a space of 700 × 300 × 270 mm for that base module. Every large board of ours has it.

Yes. We deliver across Belgium. The requirements of Fluvius, Sibelga, ORES and RESA are almost the same, and our boards meet them.

Yes, we bring the board to your site and install it. You can also collect it from our warehouse in Sint-Niklaas, by appointment.

Yes. After installation, an accredited inspection body inspects the board. Only with the AREI certificate of conformity will your grid operator connect it. We can arrange the inspection for you.

Yes. Then we earth the board with a temporary earth rod.

Our quote shows the standard cable. Check in your grid operator's quote which type of cable and extra length is required, and let us know. Another cable is possible, at the daily price.

You do that yourself, with your energy supplier, as soon as the board has been inspected. The grid operator then installs the meter in our board.

That mainly depends on the planning of the inspection and of your grid operator. So request your board in time, and we'll coordinate everything.

No, we do not carry out excavation works.

Via the End rentalform, with the number of your first invoice and the postcode of your site. You choose whether we collect the board or you bring it back.

If we collect the board, the rent stops on the day you report the end, even if we collect later. If you bring it back yourself, the rent stops on the day you return it.

Yes, we charge a collection and transport fee. It is on your final invoice. If you bring the board back yourself, you don't pay this fee.

Theft and vandalism are the responsibility of the tenant. So always lock the board with both locks.
